Born and raised in Southern California, Derek has gone from traveling the world to flying helicopters and back to his roots to take part in the family business. The Paul's have been involved in Commercial Real Estate for 40+ combined years with Derek entering Ashwill Associates in August of 2008, the start of the Great Recession. Learning the ropes in a tough market he has made a name for himself becoming the Top Broker at Ashwill Associates Orange in 2014. Since then he has gotten married, taken an amazing 2.5 month honeymoon backpacking Europe, acquired a new Australian best friend named Syd Vicious (he's my cattle dog), and is expecting his first born son in July.
